• The rates mentioned are quoted in Indonesian Rupiahs
• High Season Surcharge (HSS) with additional charge IDR 350.000,- nett/night ( 1 July – 31 August )
• Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) with additional charge IDR 250.000,- nett/night ( 20 December – 5 January )
• All rates are inclusive of a 21% service charge and government tax.
• All rates, service charges, and government taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a cancellation, the notification must be sent to Tejaprana Resort & Spa no later than 14 days before the arrival date during the low season and 21 days during the high and peak seasons.
• Check-in time is 14.00  and Check-out time is 12.00
• Airport pickup service*: confirmation of flight details and estimated arrival time is required at least 2 days before arrival.
